Experience

We are full time Realtors in the Midland/Odessa real estate market, We have sold and closed homes in all surrounding towns in West Texas.

With over 1200 closed transactions under our belt,  the Hatfield HomeSelling Team is well qualified to handle your real estate needs. Our  experience also includes marketing and closing properties for most major relocation companies, such as GMAC, Cendant, Remax, just to name a few.

However our core business is in the local First time and move up buyer market. Over 70 % of our clients are from referalls and repeat business...which means we must be doing something right.

Professional Affiliations

We are members of the local, state, and National Realtor Associations. Debbie is a past board member of the Permaian Basin Board of Realtors. Larry is a past PBBOR board member and is currently serving that same 240 member board as Secretary/Treasurer. Larry is also serving his fifth year as a City of Midland Planning and Zoning Commisioner and is Chairman of the Special Commitees.

Hobbies

We love antique hunting in the Hill Country and have 3 wonderful grown kids and 2 spoiled rotten Yorkies who think they are our kids. We also love to decorate homes and Larry^s passion is gardening.
